Welcome to The Game Show Trolley ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your booking of a tour with us. By booking a tour or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

OUR TOURS

The Game Show Trolley offers a 75-minute interactive game-show trolley tour of historic Savannah, Georgia, led by a live host with trivia, challenges, and real local history. The trolley seats a maximum of 24 guests. Private tours are available on request — contact us to arrange.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

Tickets must be purchased online in advance, as space is limited on every departure. Payment is due at the time of booking. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Tickets are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. We also offer optional Trip Protection at checkout to cover cancellations outside that window. No-shows and late cancellations without Trip Protection are non-refundable.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

The tour is open to all ages but best suited for guests 13 and older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

ACCESSIBILITY

Our trolley does not currently have wheelchair access. The steps into the trolley are deep but equipped with handrails on both sides. If you have questions about accessibility or need to discuss accommodations before booking, please contact us.

ONBOARD POLICIES

Service animals are welcome; other animals are not permitted. Small, collapsible strollers are allowed if they fit under the seat in front of you. Outside food is discouraged, but drinks are welcome. The trolley is air-conditioned.

CONDUCT & SAFETY

Guests are expected to follow the instructions of their host and driver for the safety of all passengers. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct endangers themselves, other guests, or staff, without refund.

CHANGES BY US

We may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel a tour due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your tour, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Game Show Trolley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a tour or use of this website. Participation is at your own risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including the "Game Show Trolley" name and format, is the property of The Game Show Trolley and may not be reproduced without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or booking of a tour after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
